What's new on Svetki.com: planning, services and easier messaging

The point of Svetki.com is simple: help people planning a celebration find the right service providers faster, and keep the planning itself in one place they can actually see. Over the past few days we have added tools for event organizers and new ways for service providers to show clients what they do.

More order in the planning itself

On the organizer side, the biggest changes are practical ones. You can now set up an event budget more easily, build a shortlist of the services that fit, keep track of inquiries and send invitations. That helps when the venue, the catering, the photos, the music, the decorations and the guest list all need attention at once.

We also added planning notes that save themselves, event types and a checklist. Those earn their keep in longer planning, where ideas and decisions arrive gradually. If something is not confirmed yet, write it down and come back to it at the next step.

Finding services on the map and by city

Service search is more visual now. Search results and category pages have a map view, which makes it easier to see where the venues and other providers are. That matters when you are working out how guests will get there, how far apart two locations sit, or which providers work in a particular city.

The city and category pages are better too, so people reach relevant offers with fewer steps. You do not need to know the exact name of a service to plan a celebration. Start from the need instead: venue, catering, entertainment, photos or whatever the event calls for.

Clearer messaging between clients and providers

The inquiries section now carries fuller information for both sides. An organizer can see more of what was sent to a provider, and a provider has an easier time reading what the client needs and answering precisely. Conversations got better too, including participant images and offer quantities.

That cuts down on back-and-forth and gets both sides to a concrete offer sooner. In event planning it counts, because good communication usually saves more time than one more spreadsheet.

For providers: better profiles, social links and sharing

Service providers got several practical additions. You can add Instagram and TikTok links to a profile, and branded QR codes are available for sharing services and profiles. Those work on social media as well as at in-person events, trade fairs and in printed material.

Profile quality control tightened up as well. There is a completeness list and reminders that point out what is still missing, so an offer looks more trustworthy to clients. Service images are used more consistently, including when a main image has not been added yet but the listing already has visual material.

A safer, more transparent platform

We added a support section with ticket conversations, so questions can be handled in a structured way. Providers also get safer profile deletion, with a confirmation step and a 7-day window to restore it. That reduces the risk of deleting something by accident.

Content moderation and notifications improved as well, so what gets published holds up better and changes do not go missing. The goal is not a more complicated process. It is getting content in front of users faster, correctly and in a way they can trust.
