  • Service descriptions, prices, photos, and other content
  • Subscription and payment history

2.3. Communication and transaction data

2.4. Event guest and invitation data

If you use the event planning tools, you as the event organizer may enter your guests' data. You are responsible for having the right to share this data with us.

  • Guest names and email addresses entered by the event organizer
  • RSVP responses (status, party size, message to the organizer)
  • Invitation open statistics (time and number of opens)
  • Gift registry claims (name, email, message) provided by guests on the invitation page

2.5. Payment data

Payments are processed by our payment service provider Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We only retain payment identifiers, subscription status, and invoice history.

2.6. Technical and usage data

  • Pages visited, search queries, and interactions with the platform (first-party analytics)

  • Event organizers and invitation visitors — if you are an event guest, your RSVP response and gift claims are visible to the event organizer; gift claimers' names may be visible to other visitors of the invitation page unless the organizer has disabled this.
  • Payment service providers — Stripe (for payment processing).
  • Technology service providers — cloud hosting, email delivery, and error and performance monitoring providers.
  • Authentication services — Google (if you choose to sign in with a Google account).
  • Public authorities — where required by law or court order.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Transfers Outside the EU/EEA

Some of our service providers (e.g. Stripe, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are safeguarded by appropriate measures, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
